Default Alliance battle

I know alliance is change back to 4 member party. But if its possible to make it when you entered with 4member ,then the party will change to 12party member. So that skills(heal party, order of vapire...party enchanments etc) that are party affected will work all 12 ally that are near to caster.
And this might bring new tactis play, it not have to be running like headless chicken and go die XD, tough it sounds fun.

What do you think?

Yes it's a good idea. I wish I could see other party member's health bars in Alliance Battles.

The reason this is done that was was because heal party etc was too overpowered in the Factions PvP Preview event almost a year ago.

How about you have 4 people in your party like it is now but the rest of the team is listed as allies. That way, you can monitor their health, see how close you are to them, use their targets (pressing T wont work though, T would be reserved for your party's targets), etc. Heal Area and stuff wont be overpowered because it only effects your party, not your allies.

o-o overpower ? The Event was fun ^w^. But I guess that will never happen again. *sigh* I give up (_ _ )
How about Dervish that pwnd lot of foes, overpower ?

Anything is fine that can see allies health. XD Its so hard to try to click moving ally with many foes around.

It'd be nice to have them listed under allies so you can at least heal them or see if they're dying, but probably not as team members. Heal party/aegis/extinguish = gg

I really like the idea, but as holymasamune said, allies would perhaps keep ANet Happy lol. Would probably be better for connections etc.

In war, the largest group lacks mobility, but has gret force of numbers to weigh in with to exert their dominance of the area they wish to occupy.

In war, small groups represent mobility and a solid group of teams can seperate and destroy a larger foe. This being the case, the 4 man setup works best, since the name of the AB game is mobility.

Capture the flag, kill when you must, and avoid mob violence if you can=GG.

This has always proven the better strategy that equals success in AB. Seeing allies may be useful, but to make it like Jade and Aspenwood, possible but not required.

I think it would actually be a good idea to change this back and get some different strategies going on in there.

I agree, would be nice to see my allies' health, and also to see if they are out of range or anything.
